- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to pick up a prescription at Savon Pharmacy and it was wide open - I waited behind another customer at the counter for about 20 minutes because this elderly lady was making sure that all her information was correct. The lady clerk behind the counter saw me waiting & never said anything about their lunch hours. When I got up to the counter I told her my prescription order & she went to look for it said "we have it". She says "oh by the way we cannot give the prescription to you because the pharmacist is out to lunch from 1 to 2". My issue is this - the lady behind the counter clearly saw me waiting she couldn't take a moment to say "If you're here to pick up a prescription you can return at 2 o'clock because our pharmacists is out to lunch". Why in the hell don't they close the curtains around the pickup point and just leave it open around the drop off - it only leads you to believe that they are open for business.
